Vanhempien apua kaivataan, Help needed from the parents

Hyvät Vanhemmat,

Suomikoulun aikana meillä vanhemmilla on yleensä käytössämme Suomitalon kirjastohuone. Olette tervetulleita juttelemaan ja vaihtamaan kuulumisia. Jotta opettajat voisivat keskittyä opettamiseen, toivomme apuanne koulupäivien aikana mm. seuraaviin tehtäviin:

- Koulun kirjojen päällystäminen
- Kirjojen ja pelien luettelointi
- Tiedotteiden liimaaminen lasten vihkoihin
- Pöytien ja tuolien kantaminen varastoon koulun jälkeen
- Loppusiivous (lattian harjaus)

Toivomme, että voisitte osallistua ainakin silloin tällöin. Lisäksi tarvittaisiin erilaisia askartelutarvikkeita ja paperia koululaisten käyttöön. Voitte avustaa koulua myös tuomalla lainaksi pelejä, kirjoja ja leluja.

Dear Parents,

During the time of Finnish School the parents can usually stay in the library room of Finnish Hall. You are welcome to join us for a chat or catch up. To let the teachers concentrate in teaching we hope you could give us a hand with a few tasks we have during the school days:

- Covering of the books of the school
- Listing of the books and games
- Clueing of the notes to the exercise-books
- Carrying the tables and chairs to the storage room after school
- Cleaning the hall floor after school

We hope you can join us every once in a while to help with these tasks. The school would also need some crafting accessories and paper. You can contribute also by lending games, books, and toys.
